"Called ahead & was timely. He came in wearing a mask & never took it off or lowered it from his face the entire time. As he inspected the water heater, he described what he was doing, why & what it meant regarding the type (clean/clear) water I had at my home. He reassured me I had an excellent brand in a Bradford White, told me what temperature it should be on, etc. etc. etc.
I always ask many questions so I can gain knowledge from a reputable professional. In conversation, I had mentioned the difference between the previous water heater I purchased from Service Experts that came with a lot of frustration & multiple service call experience(s). I quite honestly doubted I'd ever purchase or use the service again with the company. I just wanted to get the year inspection and be done.
Brian's professionalism, advice, opinions, conscientiousness, common sense & quality care in his craft... gave me an entirely different perspective on the company, in the plumbing service area. He built trust with his knowledge, communication, patience & never did I feel he was rushing, wasting my time or just going thru the motion. He did what he was there to do and more and all the while very pleasant.
IMO though, his best quality is educating a customer with his knowledge, confidence in his craft & excellent communication skills. It really helped me feel certain I had a brand that wasn't gonna fail me. If I do have a future plumbing need, I will call Service Experts but will ask for Brian & hope he'll still be there. He was careful too when coming inside putting covers on his shoes.
He also went the extra mile, as I mentioned a leaky, dripping faucet inside my garage, on the exterior side of the enclosed water heater. (I knew I was wasting water & money) I hated to use this faucet due to the annoying drip!
He took the time to look at it. I had it all taped up. He took off the wraps, saw it did drip & immediately said it looked like an easy fix, went to his truck, got some tool, said it looked like it just needed tightened. Now, it no longer leaks!
Sounds simple, but to me it's sometimes the small things that matter most. He is exceptional in service. He built my trust w/the company again but if I need future plumbing of any kind, I will ask for Brian and hope he'll still be there! He cares about quality work & customer satisfaction.
Brian should be a manager without question, definitely someone in charge that can make sound quality decisions! He's bright! He's trustworthy! He knows his craft!"
